Role Description:

The Client Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and supportive transition for our clients into our bookkeeping services. This individual combines a deep understanding of the construction industry with expert project management skills to guide clients through the onboarding process. The role demands not only technical knowledge and organizational prowess but also emotional intelligence to support clients during this critical Phase.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry-Specific Consultation: Utilize extensive experience in the construction sector to understand and anticipate the unique needs and challenges of our clients.
  • Emotional Guidance: Offer support and understanding to clients, addressing concerns and navigating the emotional complexities of financial transitions.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with project managers and the client's bookkeeping team leader to ensure a smooth, efficient onboarding process.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for industry-specific queries and emotional support
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute insights from client interactions to improve the onboarding process and overall client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Proven background in the construction industry with a deep understanding of the operational and financial challenges faced by businesses in this sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for supporting clients through sensitive or challenging situations.
  • Commitment to excellence in client service, with a track record of enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred


Salary and Benefits:

Other Information:

  • Location: Fully remote - US only.
  • Working Hours: Monday through Friday, approximately 8 am to 5 pm, based on your local time
  • Zone (US Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific).
  • Company Base: Portland, Oregon, but remote work allowed from anywhere in the US
